Own single house just by the fjord. Planning on renting out less than 40 percent of the house - second floor apartment with its own kitchen, living room, bedroom, and the other two bedrooms in the attic. You can see why I've been SO busy and have not posted here much 
Hope to be done with the renovating within a year. I know, I've been saying that for two years at most now.
