As for me, I'm Deaf first then, I'm German and English. My mother's side came from Switzerland (German-Swiss to be exact), Braveria, Prussia and England. My dad's family is mostly English.

This is me as well.....Be it a mutt or call it Heinz 57. I am Scotish, Scand, German, Apache, and a drop or two of Black (that's where I get my moves). Also have family from England.
 
Mine would be ginger, female, English..not to offend anyone by not saying British but there are cultural differences and I think of Ireland, Wales and Scotland as having a lot of Celtic history which I don't feel I have. Having said that I do have some Scottish and Irish ancestors. The cliche would be 'English Rose'!

Also, I see myself as a northerner, mostly when it comes to stand-up comedians like Peter Kay (he's a northern comedian and I identify with a lot of his anecdotes or mannerisms). A lot of my family live in Canada so I feel a kinship but only the younger generations were actually born/raised there.

I identify myself as a Deaf person, Culturally, that is along with being from both states (Indiana & Kentucky).

Yeah, I'd be better off saying I'm a Hoosierbilly, haha. :)

Peter Kay's from my hometown :)his cousin was in my sister's year at school
 
For those who may be remotely interested or not - My brother had a classmate named Bob Barker (The Price is Right).
 
Deaf first and like the rural living eventhough I grew up in a very large city.
 
I know very little about my family history, but both side of my parents mentioned Native American Indians. Although my dad's side have a stronger root of Native Indians than my mom -- that is, both of my dad's parents have a lot more Indian traits than European.

other than that, I'm a American Deaf Christian who came from a long line of mix race.
 
I married a man of Scottish descent and we've got a lot of gingers in the family, including one of our sons. I love gingers.

What is gingers and I have seen that word in other threads. Gingers sound like a flavor like Gingerbread. :scratch:
