I personally think Paris should be thrown back in jail and serve her sentence in its entirety -- I DO NOT feel sorry for Paris!

Sure, she violated the law but send her jail over that drinking... :roll: My opinion, they should do SOMETHING to punish her is get her clean the public street, or whatever and plus penatly fine.
 
She needs to learn that life's not all about pictures and tv, this is the reality of it, she shld not have been released in the first place i was appalled to hear that dumb sheriff sending her home on house arrest, she should have been transferred to a medical place i dont care if ur a star or not, u took a bite out of crime u better do the time and another thing she shldn't have been drinking and driving! dumb blonde idiotic bitch PARIS U NEED TO STOP WHINING AND SUCK IT UP!

HA HA HA HA HA.......No she been cheat on everyone included you and me. Because Sheiff (sp) let her released from jail for freedom, but dont free others who arrested for dui. :pissed:

I heard that Sheriff got in trouble for let her go without ask Judge for permission.

we gotta stop spoiling celebrities and give them special treatment.

Everyone should be treated equal, rich or poor or any race.... once a law is broken should be taken to jail period no exception or special treatments.

OJ should have been guilty and locked up in prison but his celebrity status treatment and he got freed.

TexGuy, I ain't surprise that some sheriff who involved in big trouble for ingored the criminal justice system and have let Paris Hilton released out of cage. Their sheriff deputy badge might be suspened and no pay their hour works..

Do you think paris and sheriff were bribe eachothers thru money or something that what I suspected.
 
The judge wants attention and specifically required she not be released early. Unusual. Hilton returned to jail now and crying. Her parents are to blame also for not preparing her for things and expecting her to get special treatment. Parents are scum. Not her. Media scum too.

Sheriff Baca is an elected official here and he's in trouble with a lot of voters, not only for this but other things during his Administration....
 
Paris needs to grow up, she's not a 3 year old anymore. The only reason she's famous is because she made a sex video and nothing more. We didnt even know she had siblings until they were mentioned by Paris herself. Yes she did grow up rich because her daddy built the Hilton Hotel Chain into what it is today. A luxury hotel that very few people can afford to stay in.

She could have done something better with her life, but her parents never encouraged it, and worse yet she's probably never been punished for anything in her life so now she's having a temper tantrum because the Judge told her she was going to have to sit in 'time out' for a while.

Celebrities should NOT get the option of where they got to jail. They should serve their time right along with Perry the Pervert, and Barry the Burglar.

You do the crime, you do the time, plain and simple as that. I absolutely do not feel sorry for her at all. Maybe a good 45 days in the slammer will give her a good dose of reality and where she's headed if she doesnt straighten up her ways.
 
All her life she has been around rich people and having rich things...
And having her own maids, chefs, and others who do things for her.

She isn't use to be around low class people in jail...
and she isn't use to sleeping in bed made out of rocks,
and she isn't use to losing privacy while guards watch her
use toliet and take bath totally nude.

And she probably don't eat the kind the food they serve...
She probably had Salmon, strictly veggie diet, and green tea.
She probably didn't want to eat Fried Chicken and other food that
may taste awful.
And plus, I bet they order her to use mop, broom, and clean up...
I bet she never clean anything in her whole life.
I bet she never made up a bed.

Poor thing, she is in extreme culture shock!!! :ugh3:

At first, I couldn't care less... but seeing preferential treatment to a slutty brat from our court system is an insult to all Americans! She acts 20 years younger than she is, and probably thinks the same. You're skinny. Good for you. People think you're pretty (I don't). Good for you. You inherited daddy's money. Good for you. Plus, 45 DAYS?! I could understand (maybe) if it was one or two years, but DAYS?! I can stand on my head for that long!

If she's not used to being around low class people, this is the perfect opportunity for her to see what the world is like! Everything is not pink lipstick and green money.

Nah, I don't think so. She is very spolied so I believe that prison will teach her that world is not around her.

Don't get me wrong, I do like her, but I think sometimes she is too much.
 
She broke the law and needs to be treated just like everyone else. She's been spoiled and rich all her life thinking $$$ will buy her out of trouble. She needs to face the consequences plus, the judge gave her 45 days normal average Joe would get more time in jail than Paris. I agree with Dixie:h5:
