Ah, alwite.. *Chuckles* The reason I asked you about that pic is because, you posted another pic in "Photo" thread and that pic you posted in there looked different... looks like it was someone else or was that you ? Sorry about off topic *rmce at myself* lol!

[aheming] LUNZ here is just pulling your leg. That photo is of a famous celebrity back in 70s... He was a popular... PORN star. Right now he is retired... i think :ugh: I hope so but anyway, he is still popular today because ... like he was THE porn star. I don't recollect his name but I am sure LUNZ does know :)

You are RIGHT about that!....I don't recalling remerbering his name but I have rented Porn movies often as I can remerber..He was the popular star in PORNS!....

those tithes also help support priests with an income and put future priests through seminaries. i have a deaf friend who will graduate from a seminary soon, and will be a deacon until she is ready to be a full blown priest. i think she is very gifted, and is well versed with many theological lines of thoughts as well as native american beliefs and some new age stuff. i got invited to her ordination this summer, but will see about my finances. she would make christianity good for the rest of us, instead of those self serving fools that pretend to be priests or ministers. :thumb: she would convert the devil himself. we have shared many theological discussions and we always end up laughing even if we have disagreements. she never have crucified me for believing differently from she does, and i her vice versa.

anyway, i think tithes are for a good reason - how can the priests survive without money for food and all? it's not like all would ride in a mercedes! i am aware that jesus probably whipped the fuck out of those who were trying to profit off religious things in front of a church. LOL i dont think he would disapprove of those that are sustaining their existence with donations today. who needs money in heaven, anyway? ;)

another note - I do believe Jesus existed, and that Buddha did.. as well as other spiritual leaders that tried to send similar messages in our past. I have read about Christianity being created way after Jesus's death, too. I have been following some advice from the bible, as well as other articles - that my body is a temple and I am to treat it right, and it's where I can achieve inner peace and richness in spirituality. I don't kneel down and pray, nor do I attend churches. I dont feel I need that to fulfill my spirituality. ;) some feel they do need churches and stuff, that's fine with me too.

Hey Guys don't get the wrong idea :)
I've never seen a porn movie. I watch Surreal Life, and Ron Jeremy is one of the housemates. I was shocked to find out that he has a degree in Drama/Arts and a Masters in Disabilities/Teaching. When he was in his 20's I believe.. his girlfriend submitted his photo to Playboy/girl, not sure which one. Anyhow, they liked his photo and offered him a chance to become a star. So obviously he made a career change.

Well, according to scientists and religious fanatics... the "Rapture" was supposed to take place at the turn of the century. Well, the turn of the century has already occured... and nothing is happening! :sure:

*Chuckles* You make me smile again. lol ! Well, that's what they said and it never happened. But, in the bible Jesus says that no one knows the day when it comes, except the Father knows. Jesus Himself don't know the day, either. Only Father Himself knows. I believe that the Rapture will begin at the very close right before the Anti-Christ surfaces to play on the stage before the world. It's easy to tell which one the Anti-Christ really is. In the bible, it says that the Anti-Christ is not a womanizer or is not interested in women. His lecture is at the height of power that is very easily to draw the people's attention to him from all over the world. They "awe" at him. But, the Anti-Christ despised the true bible-believers.
 
I remembered the time I went to church ... They stated that Jesus warned us about false rapture..When a one world government is instituted there will be no place to escape -- no Berlin wall to mount, no Atlantic Ocean to bring you to a land of freedom... the land of freedom will be gone. The only way we Christians could escape is with Jesus our redeemer, our Savior, who will come for us as He promised.. That what I was Told.:mrgreen:

Is that they proclaim things which they say God has said - But they do not have a word from God.

I don't personally like to debate the rapture..:D
