Sure, many of you hear that dragons are fictionous and legendary creatures, but hey, they are like, reptiles, related to lizards and snakes...they are pretty much alike and there were alot of Dragon legends before Christ existed. So, my question here is, we NEVER even seen a live dragon, but in the year 1335, or so, there was an old fossil of a Dragon's skull near Klagenfurt (Austrila, I think) and you know i'm really crazy about dragons because they just look so cool flying around breathing flames and stuff like that. They look like silent and mysterious creatures, with extreme strength and super powers...just abit like science-fiction or whatever, but i still think they are pretty cool. think dragons exists? why or why not?

here's a fossil of this old dragon skull: (might've been a dinouar but hey, there's always a possiblity eh? lol )

i think the skull was proably broken when it was found...

I don't think so. Only Dinosaurs have exsisted. They could easily be confused with a dragon.

WAIT!!

kumoto dragons do exsist.

in the past, chinese looked up at 4 creatures as gods; snake/turtle, tiger, dragon, and phoenix... but hey. snake/turtle and tiger exist right? look at dragon and phoenix...

um... phoenix is kinda like large "mystic" fire bird with strange tails. i believe that chinese mean it as peacock...

well, hard to believe if it is really Dragon was alive in earth in long time ago!!!

This reminds me of the movie "Reign of Terror." Do you think that if a dragon came back to life, would it be as terrible as it is portrayed in the movie?

i think you mean "reign of fire"...yeah i seen that movie last summer...it was kind of cool

Dragons is great of myths. it has many different meaning.

Dragons have been an integral part of the culture of the Chinese, Koreans and Japanese peoples since the beginning of recorded history. In China they are used to mark the stairways over which only the Emperor could be carried. In Japan they are used in Buddhist temples both as decoration and as fountain heads for purification before worship. In many cases the dragon is combined with the phoenix to symbolize long life and prosperity. It is also combined with the tiger to represent heaven and earth or inyo (Yin and Yang).
