How... Cut Chicken's breast, wing and thigh to selling and left over chicken's bone body and fat skin to blend and make chicken nugget!:eek3:

My friend told me .. He beleive that MacDonald and Burger King's chicken nuggets with included Chicken' heads and legs in it!

ok I seen it and I have to say that it is what they used to make dogfood? For some reasons , it doesn't freak me out as much as eating bugs like they do in some countries.

anyhow, I make my own chicken nugget.

me nod head yeah right right BK and McDonald have chicken head yeah right sure sure baloooney baloooney, BS!

BUT BUT BUT look happen mistake one time at McDonald true biz look that link show will will

Look here that I talk about.

snopes.com: Breaded Rat or Chicken Head

That's what they do with cat and dog food cans. That is the cheap way to make. lol

I certainly support James Oliver's food revolution. Now chicken heads and rats may be urban legends but I don't think people realize what goes into our processed foods. Do you know what goes into scrapple? My parents are fond of it. I eat too much pizza for my own good.

I don't often eat processed food but my diet could stand some improving. I eat too much butter and sugar..

Too many people have diabetes and weight problems.. and I'm working on both as I have both.

I did! I love the guy! He's doing what I want to do- we gotta get people to give up that crappy food. It's completely sad that some parents are clueless about how seriously bad processed food is and they just feed it to their kids anyway, and the kids grow up with their taste buds preferring it and don't/won't to eat healthy stuff. Remember in that video where he showed how the nuggets are made and then he asks the kids "now who wants a nugget?" and every kid raised their hand... I don't think those kids really understood how gross it was because they don't even know what good food is suppose to look like. Eh. This country amuses me sometimes (like only making school budgets to afford junk food- lame).

I missed the 1st show grrrr! I totally forgot to set DVR till someone mentioned it in FB. So I went and set it up and record it every Friday.

Now you mentioned about chicken nuggets?? That is damn disgusting!!! Thanks for the head ups! I prefer make my own though! Easy anyway! :)

I will check on Hulu, thanks Phillips...I didn't think to use that!

Now what next? :hmm:

I try cut down on this and that lately...it is hard but we need to improve our darn weigh...:( So far my weigh has been stable...I've lost since Z was born... need to loose another about 30 lbs. I miss wearing size 8 jeans! But will I go back in that size? Maybe, who know!

There's a national Polish dish... that was obviously originated as a famine food (forgot the name of it-- but I know it requires duck's blood, pork offals and so on; for Swedish and Icelandic: lutefisk and hakarl come to mind.) It's amazing what families will go through to make sure they got the proper ingredients for it.

Won't stop me from eating chicken nuggets, but I don't eat at McDonald's anyway.

I started changing how I eat things like pizza, burgers, and other things.

Instead of the meat on pizza as usual, I use shrimp, crab, or salmon on homemade tomato sauce with veggies as a supreme. The dough is whole grain.

Burgers: large portobello mushrooms seasoned and grilled between buns. Yummy.

Soy nuts

if I have a fried food fix....sunflower oil or olive oil....

fried battered mushrooms, fried onion rings, fried fish, chicken, turkey, shrimp, crab....

I could go on.....I eat a lot of seafood....

Did you watched new program last night!??

OH MY GOD about the meat!!!!! :barf:

Please watching it next Tuesday!!!! :(

100% true. You are essentially eating ground up 'breast shell'. However USDA says bone may not be included, however they keep the scraps from the deboning, blend them together and cut them into nuggets to be sold to McDonald's. They also include a certain percentage of soy 'fillers' as well to make the meat go further in processing.

Your best bet? 'popcorn chicken'. It is ground up breast meat that has been mis-cut.

I didn't know till few days ago! GRRRRRRRRRR! wish I knew about it earlier, I'll watch it!
