Yes. I am currently using my Kindle Fire HD 7"
NOTES: must do follow instructions on kindle fire HD only.
1step: you go to status you see as you swipe down to see the menu:
On left you see plus "more"
2nd step: as you see the list in the setting click on "device"
3rd step: as you see "allow installations of application" to click to turn it on.
4 step: Now click on "home " button.
5 step: you will need to go to web and click on it.
6 step: you need to type in the url address: market.1mobile.com
Then go.
7 step: you click on download. It will automatically download.
You will see the popup screen click on to install. When it done click on "done".
Do not click on "open"
Then go to apps you will see icon look like number 1 market bag in the background.
Then click on that icons "1" to open the app.
There you have it but you need to search for NTOUCH mobile it free click on free will download for you.
You see the popup screen you click on to install then click on done to the apps click on NTOUCH MOBILE so go ahead sign in.
Warn you: if you want to use VCO. It does not support for kindle fire HD. But you still can make call and received call.
SORRY P3 mobile does not work on kindle fire HD 7".
