Did you ever got lucky?

Does anything happened in your life that you are lucky or any luck strike you? It happens to me sometimes.. like 3 days ago I called my State rep's office, and asked for a pass to State of the State Address, they said it is hard to get and "sold out" but I got another call from them yesterday, guess what? they said they had a pass for me to get on House floor... what luck! So I wore MN Wild hockey clothes to speech today since my governor is hockey fan as well.. (My state rep had to tell me why did I wear so differently from everyone who wore really nice clothes, oh LOL) There are most other luck stories I will tell later....
 
the only lucky story i have is im blessed with family that supports me and friends that supports me as well. life isn t abt luck its abt how u pull the *lucky card* without being stupid! :)

As far as im concern i've always been lucky :)
 
Luck is just chance and being at right place at right time.


Its just the timing.
 
I always had bad luck. Alot of things were bad luck, and I don't really like lucks anyway. :(

Tough ones I wud say.. 50% bad luck and 50% good luck..
as normally routines as roller coaster depends what am I doing...

by the way, Nobody perfect living here as well.. as just being "normally lifestyle here" *wink*~;)
 
I used to say "Lady Luck likes me". Keep in mind, thats as much as a curse as a blessing. I tend to have strings of both good luck and bad luck.

Luck's a funny word, yanno?

Without bad luck, how would we even know what's good in our lives?? :) I have a lot to be thankful for.

But since you're asking... :) My husband, for one. He came into my life during a difficult period for me. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for him! He changed my attitude, my views on life, and because of him, I was able to see more clearly into my own future. Next, I'm so so so grateful for my three children. I love them all. They make me completely crazy, but that's just their job, now, isn't it? LOL. I have very few REAL friends, but that only makes them more special to me - so yes, I'm lucky for that, too. I'm also lucky that I survived a bout with meningitis...could have been a lot worse had I gotten to the hospital a few hours later than I did...so someone was looking out for me on that day.

The bad luck? That's something I'll have to know you guys better to reveal...but we all have our share, and it just makes us appreciate the finer things that we experience. Believe me, it took me a very long time to see it that way, but it is possible.

By the way, I liked this post. Good topic!
