The camera asked if the person blinked. The person never blinked... the camera thinks she did becuz of her eye shape.

Get it now?
 
It's the camera program interface. It has auto "facial recognition" built in it, so it detects the face and eyes.. see the [v v] on the upper left representing the woman. So since the stereotype that asian's "eyes are small", the camera doesn't detect it and asks "Did someone blink?"

Yes. Blink didn't come to my mind at first. then I O'duh. thank!
