Dennis Farina Dies Today

I saw that. I really liked him as an actor. I was surprised to read he was a cop for 20 years before becoming an actor.
 
Oh wow, I *just* watched Empire Falls on DVD. Like 2 hours ago.

Same here , no wonder he so good playing a cop . I liked him too. He was not that much older than me.
 
Really good. From a novel of the same name by Richard Russo. They made it into a miniseries, which they then put out on 2 dvds. I got them from the library here.

I get all my movies from the library. I looked it up and it take place in New England , I live in NE .
 
I loved watching him in Crime Story; it was a great series.
 
I liked his acting. Sad to see him go.
