How come most members here put down "false" on "Deaf people can read lips." They can read lips, what are you guys talking about??!!

That's why I put down neutral on #7, because I know some deaf people can, some others can't. Can't be a definite true or false. :)
 
Actually, about #7, it's still FALSE. It goes same as hearing cannot read lip - flawless

Why?

Only 30% successful on read lip while the rest are guess up.
Seriously, it's screw up, "sex" and "six" look so same the art of lip is.

It doesn't mean it is false, U could say depends, just like how you said 30 percent is possible, while the rest is up the air, but still it's not false. But, whatever you say. :ugh3:
 
I say all are false except that some deaf people can read lips so that one is partially true.
 
Deaf people read lips in a 100% true in all case? Going by a binary logic, I think not, so therefore its false
