Dislocated in the shoulder since last September and you didn't do anything about it until now? OMG how can you stand the pain for so long?? Sounds like you've waited too long that you are now required to have a surgery? Listen up, if anything goes wrong with you, you GO to the doctor ASAFP!

If it makes you feel better, have Zestygirly climb for you. ;)
 
well literally i did go to see dr and he suggested me to go to see physical therapist which i did for two months - twice a week. it did help me just little bit... but not 100 % recovery. my dislocated bones are obviously shown like a hump on shoulder. physical therapist suggested me to see special dr for shoulder so i ll see another dr for another opinion. i believe i ll have surgery on it to relocate them back.

i usually do like every other weekend like fri - sun. sometimes one week. just like freak. every wed or tues i went bouldering in boat rock(name of climbing area) near six flags in atlanta after my work.

right now i m off from climbing since last sept. i did climb once because my dislocated shoulder limits my climbing. hopefully i ll get my shoulder back to normal so i can climb on harder routes.

lol i know my time was too short at MADD to see friends and others but i dont think i will be there in march. too cold to climb in colorado in march. BRRR !
