I tried to check on deafchat.com they said they are temporaily closed cuz they are upgrading system or something so... don't think they closed for good ;)

Nope, it has been like that for two years now. Call it for good.
 
I had gotten email message from DCW in few while ago.

They need to clean up the messy usernames who have not been logged in more than 120 days. They are start cleaning up the database on the July 31.

Really? I have introduced myself as a ASL student and never got kicked out, some were really nice. I'm not deaf, I'm HoH.

I would still say give it a try ... It's one of the few ASL video cam chat rooms out there. It's pretty good.
