deaf chat Paris Tn

Looking to set up a deaf chat in Paris Tn...probably start at the McDonalds on Mineral Wells...anyone in the Paris area (Camden, Murray, Dover, Clarksville) have some feedback? I see nothing in this area, heard many go to Jackson but that is an hour away...lets start something here!!!
