A few days ago, I was driving on the quiet road on way to my home. Oh boy, I got spooked when the Newfoundland dog darted out toward the street without any warning. He was hidden front of the parking vehicle so that's why I didn't see him! Whoa I stopped immediately! I realized that the dog was on leash from the tree near the street! Ugh .. how dumb the owner is. I am wondering ...... I would feeeeeel awful if I hit that dog because I work as a vet technican! Seriously, the dumb owner would have put him in the backyard on leash or even the fenced yard! A pretty big dog black dog eh!
