Curious about what the deaf community likes to ride. So far most like cruisers, but I haven't seen anyone with a standard, dualsport, or sportbike.

I currently have a 1995 Honda Nighthawk 750, which is a standard bike, and my wife has a 2005 Honda Rebel 250, which is a small cruiser. I used to have a 2007 Suzuki V-Strom, which is an 'adventure-sport' bike.

Here is my 1995 Nighthawk:

My 2007 Suzuki V-Strom (sadly, had to sell it to pay for a new roof!!! :( )

2002 Suzuki Intruder Volusia. Dont be confused with its ugly little sister, Suzuki Intruder. Volusia is like big handsome Harley-like brother. It have 805cc V-twin. I love it and easy riding cruiser.

Yamaha Aerox 100cc

It was fun in the summer but no fun in the winter.

I dont blame u for selling suzuki for new roof. Hope you can recoup and buy it back lol.

Honda rebel is cute bike. I went Honda motorcycle store and looked around little V twin. Sat on it and it resemble like a minibike on steriod  I was mot used to it cuz it's starkly small comparing to my big Volusia. I also sat on Yamaha Viagro which is like Honda Rebel as well. I was thinking of getting it for my wife in future.

I used to be a leader of deaf moped gang back in 1984-85 during highschool.. 5 of my friends rode mopeds with me (I had Batavus Regency HS that looks like mototcycle. Moped with big gas tank). Some are honda (one green moped and other "new" chopper like moped), two suzuki, one was JC Penny's (I called it girly moped as an insult  )My friend think I was the first here in the USA. I didnt believe him cuz there may be others somewhere in USA.

Rebel is a very, very basic bike. Very handy to have for around-town commutes. Got it for my wife since she is only 5'3" and has never ridden a motorcycle before, so the Rebel is easy for her. At 80MPG, can't complain too much.

Nice!!! I joined advrider when I got the Wee. Still frequent the site. Glad to find another deaf member. I live about 1.5 hours west of Atlantic City.

I might get another Wee next fall if finances dictate.

It is one of my favorite models that I made a long time ago, a green '65 Corvette with a 427 motor that I kitbashed from other model kits.
