Dead body in the house for 3 months!

Poor woman who died in the house for 3 months and nobody knew she was dead. I hope that never happens to me.

When a house is foreclosure, do they let the buyer look at the house first before putting it up for sale? I'm new to this because I was never a homeowner. Just curious how it goes.

Something like that happened in DC..only the body was there for 20 plus years!!!
