Dead body in the house for 3 months!

:wave: Now, I am breaking from study Homework College...... Think my mind about few days ago.... I enjoyed talked with a woman whom an interpreter and amazing so however I cannot stop think, what she told me! :ugh3:

Guess that I just want to tell you a story. It is insane!:eek3:




Interpreter's across neighbor house was owner by alcoholic old woman and not see her to outside much. Then Now the Bank took her house now because She did not paid many months mortgage. There Home Auctioneer and people was at front the auction house. Later, She saw there polices ambulance and others at that house. She learned that Alcoholic old woman was dead on the floor inside the house! So The Man who won the auction and owner the house told the interpreter that he have to remove the wood floor and some many walls because its smell odor! She was dead in the house for 3 months!...... New Owner is very angry and couldn't rid of that house :eek:

Ohhh damn! he should check the house before buy it! WOW! Nobody reported her as missing or check on her? That's pretty odd!
 
Something like that happened in DC..only the body was there for 20 plus years!!!:eek3:

I agree with you!! I thought they go into the house and throw everything out then sell it but they didnt!! Turn out the new owner stuck with it bec of dead woman were found. Poor new owner and STUPID bank and auctioneer, also neighbors too. They didnt check out if shes alright.
 
EEEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWW! please called the police to found that body if you saw dead body pls never touch that body ever!
 
They need to demolish the house completely and rebuild it.
 
I dont know why owner buy a house before check this house. I cannot image about the smell.
 
Where their next kin should be checking on her but didn't.. ?
Seems whoever not even care about her.. How's so interesting.. Wha..a...remorse!

My husband's work who one of man passed away.. Funny thing when His boss was surprised he didn't shown up his work and since knew him well always tend come his work everyday never missed or sick call in.. Amazing the guy is very good sweet man and friendly..
Suddlenly his boss was kind worried and supsect that he didn't shown up for 3 days so decide his boss and head of department plant came pay visit and saw his truck still parked on the driveway.. So He decide to knock the door but no respond at all. So They were made contact the police and request open the door need to know.. reason he hasn't shown up his work for 3 days.. That big concern about him because he has no family or next kin that reason.. Police accept their request and knock door still no respond.. Police have to get paper permission for warrant to allow open and break the door.. Finally few hours later, Police got a paper. Police officer did break the door and big airborne leaked out so fast.. smell odors. Police checked and found the dead body and laid his bed. Police made confirmed to the employee's boss and head of department plant too, "Sad news, he's dead." Both of them were upset and grievance..

Guess what, my husband was very upset and rest of his co-worker were sadly miss him dearly because work together same team line of assembly. Somehow, His company were paid for everything cost for his funeral and expense by his plant's insurance coverage reason he has no family or next kin. Amazing his company is very graceful generously!

I cannot image that why Dead body stayed there for 3 months due nobody next kin ?

She told me that Old lady disowned by her families?!! Because suppose that she caused troubles with her family in past :dunno2: Dead at 2nd floor! :eek:


Now its cost to new owner to remove the walls and wood floor room and some hallway's walls by smell order of the body so guess could be not simple to wash the floor or walls!!? Eek!
 
accord to mythbuster, when leave the dead organic in the car for more a week. It become stink and it become difficult to rid out of nasty odor. But testing to sell the used car with stink inside, nobody interest buy it.

And I wish you could give me the source, I understand you hear the story from your interpreter. I felt that story are make up because either relation or police didn't bother look up and decide sell house which make no sense.

Very sad... :( but why can't the house owner defend against it because he didn't know dead body for long 3 months in that house.

Liebling.. That was talking about my husband's co-worker who passed away and stayed his house for 3 days.. which good thing, his boss and head of department plant decide to check on his place but turn it out the co-worker already dead on his bed.

Don't forget, The owner not going tell truth hide something serious and reason want quick sell the house..

I'm not alone.. I bought my house here.. turn it out UGLY spaghetti wires all over and hide the ceiling and wall which it's tampered. oohhh groan, Made me pissed off.. Too late, We were signed the paper and cannot sue the previous owner. That major problem as same thing goes for ex owner sell the quick house.


Beware of buyer a house, avoid mistake.. that famous quote all over the country.. Key is Real Estate want sell quick as same thing owner want quick sell...
Ex owner want get out of this problem house!:eek3:
