I like to write about life in my journal. I also have journal to give to my "future husband" don' t know him at the moment. When I do marry the man , it will be presented to him as wedding gift.

Anyways back to the topic, I don't like scary stuff. I like romance and biography stories.

It sounds great idea. What kind of true story? Good or sad? Everyone has their own story and it will always be helpful to others. And also to remind them that they are not alone in this. I have wrote a memoir and you are welcome to read it. Are you a fan of NE Patroits? I am their number one fan!!!
 
Happy 4TH OF JULY EVERYONE!!!!

We had thunderstorms for three days now and it was horrible!!! We couldn't do anything yesterday in the rain and we stayed inside so I did very little writing and some research. And I also did some reading too.
 
That sucks about the rain and thunderstorms out there in Pennsylvania Out here on the hood canal(Washington) It was way to hot for me... I think it was like 84 degrees. Right now the thermometer reads 85. Ughh. I was about to ask if you had written anything new, restless, but then i rembembered, a novel isn't written overnight, lol.

Lol, I tried. Just a few lines here and there. Weather here is a bit odd for July. Even in June. We got many chilly days instead of heat waves. It majorly sucks! Some nights it went down in the 40's, can you believe that!?!
 
lol, I can believe the weathers being odd. 40's during the night, wow that is cold. You thinking of entering that NFL pool?

We had to turn on the heat with no choice. Strange to have heat running during summer??? Don't ya think? I don't know about the NFL pool. I m crazy about football, but this, I don't know. Are you? My best bet Mann refused cuz she is no sport fans, lol.
 
yea it would be strange to have the heat running during the summer. If I had the money, I probably would, however, I have my coffee addiction to feed, and the power cord for my laptop to get. Mann may be able to do good thanks to beginers luck... you never know.

I have only did one paragraph, but go look under, "Got any lines today" and you will see what I was working on. Grrrr....my mind goes--"Hell no!!!" lol, I wanted to write better than that. I don't know. Writing the beginning is always hard to begin with. Don't you agree anyyone?
 
Yea, I agree, the begining is almost always the hardest. I already read your new line... Keep writing, the book should turn out good.
 
Remember I mentioned my short stories? Well, there is a problem, they are in those floppy diskettes and I got rid on my Window Me Computer last year and bought a new one last Christmas. And that my laptop and new computer don't even have floppy diskette drive. Hopefully, I printed it out and put it somewhere. :fingersx:
 
Hopefully. It would be very interesting to go through and read them. If you don't find it though, don't worry to much about it. I can't believe that the desktop didn't have a floppy drive. Geuss its just a sign of how much things have changed in electroincs just in a few years.

First one I ever had was Window 3.0, then Window 95 with annoying printer lol...and don't forget, cell phones of course. They didn't have any fancy fonts till now. Window Me kept on freezing on me so I gave up and bought a new one. I had it restore seven times. A new hard drive once. Is that bad huh? So I told everyone HAND OFF, lol...
 
I never used windows ME. all i've used were windows 95, 98 and XP. I think Dixie said she has windows ME on one thread and was complaining about it as well. Yea its pretty bad that you had to replace the hard drive. Lol, I would've told everyone the samething.

Under what threads? Maybe I help, because I have had all the lousy experiences with it for five years. Is that true Vista screw up everything as well?
