With the help of Lieutenant Jim Gordon and District Attorney Harvey Dent, Batman sets out to destroy organized crime in Gotham for good. The triumvirate proves to be effective, but they soon find themselves prey to a rising criminal mastermind known as the Joker, who thrusts Gotham into anarchy and forces the Dark Knight ever closer to crossing the fine line between hero and vigilante.

i'm considering buying the double sided, 40 inch "why so serious?" poster for my room, even though it's $50.

I will be watching Dark Knight in open captioned on tmw night in DC

The Batman movie was great. I rented the last one to catch up on Batman since I am not really a Batman fan. I loved the Dark Knight. Great movie. The Joker was creep.

Batman The Dark Knight (2008)

I don't know how can you watch that movie. I know there is no caption in theatre available anywhere in Oklahoma.

I did saw and it was so amazing.

BTW, it make much more and nearly pass Star Wars. But still, nobody can beat Star Wars by gross and amount of fans attend.

I saw The Dark Knight twice with rear view captions. It was such an amazing film. All the cast did such great acting and I def think its worth several Oscars award nominations especially Ledger (Joker), Ekhart (Two Face) and Nolan (Director).

Batman surpassing Star Wars? I know The Dark Knight made A LOT of money but that is with more expensive movie tickets today so you really can't compare it with Star Wars back then. The original Star Wars made a huge amount of money with LOWER movie ticket prices so you gotta think about that. I think more people saw Star Wars than all of the Batman films put together anyway. Even the Indiana Jones films made more money too and I really think there are just as many Indiana Jones fans too. Yeah Yeah I am a Star Wars and Indiana Jones fan and play most of their games too. I love both Lego video games too!

Can't wait for the new Clone Wars movie to open tmrw! With captions in my area too. (Crossed fingers).

Saw it with my hubby and his co workers couple weeks ago...I am not fond of 'super hero' stuff....

I saw it last week. Man, Health Leger (Rip him) was very f*** amazing actor. This is alone reason why you should go to watch this movie. He will take your breath away with his talent. Not to mention another actors does well in their roles. I wish Health leger is still live because ....

SPOILER ALERT >>............

joker didn't die in this movie and it wld be awesome to see him to return in next movie.
