I had a client that been in hospital for while and I had to made her breakfast as I was pour pouring the rain cereal into the bowl I thought boy you get a lot raisins in this cereal. I gave it to my client and started to do some work and I heard her yell for me. The extra rains where swimming in the milk! I felt awful , I did not have my eyeglasses but my client had her on. It turn out her regular health aide that came during the week did not throw away all the old food. I had to throw a lot way . The bugs where climbing out of the bowl.

I know the OP has good intentions about exposing the horrifying secrets but you have to consider that a lot of seemingly "pure" foods actually have gross origins.

For example cheese is an accidental discovery when people would store milk in animal stomachs. Yes back in those days they used animal stomachs as a sort of milk jug and they noticed that if you left milk in there for a while it would curdle and turn into a primitive form of cheese. The reason for it is that animal stomachs contain an enzyme called Rennet and practically all cheeses made today use the same principle.
