You see that the horse has crashed cleanly through the passenger side of the windshield... and it did not do much damage to the body of the car... Which means the car had to be traveling so fast to make the horse go in like that... and the horse must have been facing the car as well. Its *possible* that it is just a hoax picture... but you can't deny its realism.
