have u ever cried so damn hard one night, then the next morning ur head is pounding, like u just drank 3 gallons of whiskey?
 
no it hasn't happened to me before but i did just have a bad hangover for about 3 days...

sounds like it just happened to you.. you drank too much, didn't you?

i did have a drink last night. but i also cried so hard i couldn't breathe last night. woke up my head was pounding so hard. i felt like hell
 
:hug: oh yes I have cried buckets and buckets after my husband walked off on me leaving me all alone w 2 very young boys recently this past fall.....

best remedy, put cold water against your face like washcloth and take double aspirin. hope that helps. had a difficult time even it does not have to be "drinking"?

i thought i was losing a very close friend. and it was gonna be my fault.

the hang over wasn't from the alcohol, it was from crying so hard.

yeah we are fine now. although i dont think our relationship is as strong as it use to be. which really sucks.

are you speaking of your girlfriend or just a very close friend? but i'm glad you guys worked it out.. just give it time to bring back trust.

lol i feel the same.

I am sorry that things did not go out as you hoped with your close friend. it will take some time to gain trust and respect between you and your close friend. It will be hard and bumpy road, keep your chin up.
 
Well to be honest, I cry all the time, and yes I end up gettin bad headches in the morning.... :|
