Sorry I am crossposting this from another subforum here:wave:

Hi Everyone!

My Grandmother recently passed away :(

But she went without pain and it was really her time ...

Anyways my family wanted me to do some research on her hearing aids they just purchased for her ... retail this past month before she passed.

We would like to get rid of them but hope to recoup some of the money we paid for them.

They are Siemens Motion PX. They have been used barely by my gma for about 2-3 months (checking into that). And I don't know where to go or who to ask so I thought I would ask here :cool2:

We have all the manuals/boxes/ locating receipt/ warrantry card

anyways I saw that they are listed online for about 3-4k :shock::shock:

Idk what to do here any help ? :aw:

Maybe someone wants to buy them here? I looked on ebay and didnt see any for sale...
 
No one interested? I personally don't need them as mine are fairly new, and still working well, so no, thank you :)

But I really don't understand this aversion to buying /selling used medical supplies like hearing aids for example, used.

In Europe they have no plm with that.. it's cheaper, you know what you need, the brand, the model - so, why not?

yeah i thought it would be nice to sell them to someone on this forum who really needs them at a very very discounted price

i mean you can have them cleaned right? And you get custom ear inserts dont you?:aw:
 
Try to see if the audiologists would take it back to the store if it was under warranty and get the money back?

Ebay it, post it on craigslist for chance to get someone local. Good luck, I'm not a hearing aid user. I have CI but do not wear it.
