Crochet or Knitting

Knit takes two hands. Have to put knitting down in lap in order to sign, then pick knittting back up. If anyone knows easier way, please tell me.

Fabric store have knitting dvd. they can show how do knitting. so You can pause and talk same time.

Thanks! I didn't even think of using a dvd. I just put the kids in a circle and tried to show. I would walk behind them and reach over their shoulder and guide their hands, but if I tried to show them with my hands, I had trouble knitting and signing at same time. I'll look for the dvd.
