I just tuned in to Criminal Minds, and to my surprise in the opening scene, Troy Kotsur was playing a criminal who escaped from a wrecked ambulance, killing the people transporting him!
 
yeah that was the season 8 premiere re airing... also one of the new Criminal Minds lady did sign to Troy during that raid at the end, if I recall right.

That's right she did. Somehow we missed that premiere this year, and I didn't know he had been on it.

It was a little unrealistic. He was supposed to be a guy who got an experimental CI in childhood, and the cut it out of his head himself.

But they had a premise that he could still hear, and he had heard another prisoner talking to him through a wall in solitary confinement.

Still he is a good actor, and I enjoyed seeing him.
