You are wrong on the Hypothetical and according the testimony so far you are wrong on the case. 2 witnesses testified that the saw Trayvon attacking GZ while GZ was pinned down. GZ's injuries combined with Trayvon's lack of injuries confirm that GZ was attacked. The law states clearly that even the AGGRESSOR can defend themselves at this point. So unless some amazing testimony comes to light in the weeks to come.....GZ was within his rights to fire the weapon.

You didn't know that GZ was coming home at the time he saw TM? I thought you said FLA allows concealed guns. So he happened to have a concealed gun at the time. Should he go back home and drop his gun there and go out again to observe TM?

He can leave his gun in the car. But then... why would he want to follow him after describing him to dispatcher as a dangerous person?

Wouldn't TM suspect that an innocent resident who would be walking home on the same path followed him? He was high and paranoid.

Zimmerman was driving home from grocery. And he spotted him... followed him in the car.... and then get out of his car to follow him.

George Zimmerman said he was on the way to the grocery store the night he killed Trayvon Martin.

That means he didn't go to the grocery store.

See the orange line where GZ was driving from #1 to #3. #3 was where GZ spotted TM, I think.

The trial is not over but this looks really really bad for the prosecution. They are losing ground while telling their story.

the blue line is not a fact. it's Zimmerman's version of the story so we have no way of knowing if the blue line was exactly what Trayvon did.

I don't think he will testify. It would be almost insane to testify unless something changes. Some experts are saying that unless something changes, this trial might not even make it to the jury.
