Court of public opinion looms large in George Zimmerman murder trial

Feel that anyone who had had to endure what Z had to, fighting for his life and not to be incarnated....then his wife making accusations of domestic violence, even pulling/threatening her with a gun, filing for a divorse, etc., etc....even the speeding tickets...perhaps he's an emotional basket case....Dunno if he's received any counseling for all of this, but surely, anyone should be if they were in his shoes....

The point of that is that there are 2 sides to every story. At least....

Funny that some who were condemning the wife as a perjurer are now accepting her claims as fact. :lol:

How do you know they didn't have a valid reason? They haven't made all the facts public.

yes... it's extremely unprofessional and uncredible.

you forgot how he performed during trial? he was combative, vague, unsure, etc.

Ok, I rarely watch news on TV so I relied via online with little or no video.

I didn't get it from online video or tv. it was posted everywhere in articles including court transcripts which were posted a lot in this thread.

the trial was called into recess because the defense lawyer wanted a copy of his notes. that was very damaging.

Seems now that Z has gone 'AWOL'....wife's lawyers can't find him to serve the divorce papers....:hmm:
 
I did not get my opinion in here.

If I were to go out at 11:00 at night packing a gun... and I started following an anonymous stranger walking down the street... this anonymous stranger is looking suspicious.. omigod ... he is looking around... of course you have to look around wearing a hoody and and ... omigod he's talking on a cellphone... I keep following him to the point the stranger tells the person on the line he is being followed... he decides to confront me... I shoot him and kill him...

I know for a fact that I would be doing time, period.

He(Z) hunted him and killed him just like a predatory bear does in the brush here. The hunted thought he could stop the event by confrontation ... and paid with his life.
Up here we would hunt that bear down and it would be dead in a matter of a day.

I honestly do not see how anyone can see what took place, with the evidence we got, any differently. Maybe I am just plain stupid.

A vigilante goes out hunting and bags a neighborhood kid walking home from the store. All the verbiage in the world does not change that.

The only way you cannot see that is if you just don't want to.

or, maybe we are just smart.

When I go hunting, I am not looking for deer trying to break into houses in a neighborhood that had a history of break ins. I do not target deer with drugs in their system that had prior been kicked out of school for having burglary tools.

I just hunt all deer in general. If I see a deer acting "suspicious", I shoot it, I do not call 911. I do not confront it. I pull the trigger.
