Hello :lol: My name is Melissa, Lissa for short. I was born and raised in southern Alabama, but am currently studying at Gallaudet. I am hard of hearing. I grew up not knowing ASL, but I am taking the time to learn now and very excited! A friend referred me to this site, and I am excited to explore here

Graduated with my Master's from Gally in 2002.

:welcome: to AllDeaf forum. Just keep learning ASL and you will be one of the crowd in the Gallaudet environment. I did not go to Gally but I wish I were there. A few of my deaf friends from high school went to Gallaudet University and graduated. Lucky them. ** Sigh**
