The only exercise his firm was sloppy on was the over head press, he just wasn't bring the weights down far enough. I used to do seated dumbbell over head presses with 25/30 lbs, but low reps, only 5. I couldn't use that much weight to do higher reps.
The shoulder flies, where he was standing, slightly bent forward with arms down hands centered and lifted them straight out.....those target deltoids. Deltoids are not a large muscle and can't lift heavy weight, I did a lot of flies in p90x and could only use 5-10 weights. Walking lunges I wouldn't use more than 10 pounds either.
Like I said. Everybody's a critic, I just think it's asinine that most of them don't even know what the hell they're talking about.
If you read the article Tony Horton, the guy that created p90x, said he did well. So when some couch potato, and likely large Fox News consumer, is taking particular glee in making fun of him.......yeah, I can only roll my eyes.
