Could you keep up with this workout?

The only exercise his firm was sloppy on was the over head press, he just wasn't bring the weights down far enough. I used to do seated dumbbell over head presses with 25/30 lbs, but low reps, only 5. I couldn't use that much weight to do higher reps.

The shoulder flies, where he was standing, slightly bent forward with arms down hands centered and lifted them straight out.....those target deltoids. Deltoids are not a large muscle and can't lift heavy weight, I did a lot of flies in p90x and could only use 5-10 weights. Walking lunges I wouldn't use more than 10 pounds either.

Like I said. Everybody's a critic, I just think it's asinine that most of them don't even know what the hell they're talking about.

If you read the article Tony Horton, the guy that created p90x, said he did well. So when some couch potato, and likely large Fox News consumer, is taking particular glee in making fun of him.......yeah, I can only roll my eyes.
 
What kind of form was that... looks like he was more constipated than working out.

It's how you're supposed to breathe when lifting weights. It's not like you breathe in a regular rhythm. Your exhale during the contraction and inhale on the release. He wasn't huffing and puffing. It's normal.

yes i know the flys was done wrong and its for the delts, also the extended arms dumbbell lift shoulder is even smaller and much harder.... walking lunges are a tough one too, dead on, see? (to everyone except Amber for she knows what shes talking about)...lunges LOOKS so easy jsut you try dip in and lift and steep you'd get a shock that how weak your legs really are to LIFT your entire upper wieght (AND your thighs -it reveals it self)...more so keep back uptight without hurting yourself....is an added difficulty...it stretches your hamstring in some part of the process...not fun...

Thats all I'd say.....and I don't work out at gyms , used to, i got quite big chest from it, and it stayed on...it was a steriods-user program (except I wasnt using steriods) i just knew how to shock my body into growth even at age of 37 (now 45 next month)...it doesnt matter really I can still go out and train and STILL body build just i cant be bother spending $$$$$ and eating Heaps....and getting tired for couple days a week...you can...but nah not me, i dont see the point of getting all muscled up and only to get old then its worse...so much flab to carry around, ... Forget it!!.......

Grummer what's really happening is the Obama haters are just taking delight in making of him. Even though they have no idea what they're talking about. He's a 52 year old man at the gym doing something they probably don't even do but they're childish so they're pointing and laughing. That's pretty much it.
