That cop had his hand between that girl legs the whole time! It look like sexual abuse to me !
 
Believe it was a bunch of unruly teenagers...probably most of them were not even invited...and did not live there.....They were asked to leave peacefully...did they? Hell No!...I can imagine the verbal abuse these Cops were hearing....And if a group of teens surrounded me, damn right I'd pull my gun.

It is allegedly and police officers don't know about where they live in.

The racist does play too - security guard told all black people to leaving the swimming pool.

I checked statistic about neighborhood and there is around 17% minorities in this neighborhood.

They are invited by student who live in this neighborhood and there is no policy against guests when they are invited. It is hard to prove about whoever live in or not.

The situation wasn't start until white woman expressed racist statement to black people so escalated into fighting between two women - old woman threw a punch at first place so young woman started fight.
 
Also, there are many middle class black families and they are moving in nice communities.

It is not nice to assume that they are from Section 8 apartments.
 
Officers were called to the a local community pool around 7:15 p.m. local time to respond to a “disturbance involving multiple juveniles at the location, who do not live in the area or have permission to be there, refusing to leave,” the McKinney Police Department said in a post on its Facebook page. Other calls also advised that the teens were “actively fighting,” police said.

“First responding officers encountered a large crowd that refused to comply with police commands. Nine additional units responded to the scene. Officers were eventually able to gain control of the situation,” police said.

Did you watch first video in #2?

The police officers should focus on 3 women who escalated into fighting and black guys are trying to break up the fighting, but it make worse.

Police officers goes after to crowds that where they are not involved in incident.

The police officer is suspended and there is wrong with him, but if he didn't so he won't suspended, even DOJ haven't get involved yet.

I know many black parents are strict, may similar or worse than white parents but after various situation about police officer's misconduct, many blacks are unable to trust the police officers and some of them are resist to follow if they know that they are not involved in crime.

This situation need to be fixed really bad and make black people to be trust to police officers so I'm getting tired of police officer related news more frequently.

You and I don't feel about them because we are not black.

Don't forget two things, cops are human being, secondly there is always two sides to the story.

I think cop did a right thing to pull his gun at that boy who is holding a fist and he is about to punch him. Cop had no choice and try to keep everything in control. Once he pulled out his gun, everyone freeze.........it works! :lol:
 
Also, I don't say that black teens are behave correctly, they are bad as one of police officer. The group of black boys on other side talked to one of police officer (that's not same man where take black girl down) until other police officer yelled all of black boys to sit down. This video has no CC so I don't know about what they said that caused to sit down. I know that black boys are disrespecting police officers with bad languages and attitude. It is obviously about black people and police officers don't get along.

It is weird about police officer went after group that is unrelated to incident about 3 women got into fight.

I don't think that racist will going be over and we will see more news like that, even there are a lot of bad white boys but they are not exposed as black boys.

It is common for teens to not show a respect to anyone, even if they raised with strict parents.

I lost several black friends over Ferguson and I noticed that relation between white and black are getting worse, also more white people side with police department that humiliated black people and make looks like less truth.

I'm blame on US government over race relation since US was born in 1776.

Unfortunately, I have some degree of racism and fear about other race inside my feeling.
 
Read the neighbor's story....

Facebook friends and family – PLEASE HELP! That (now viral) video of the officer in McKinney subduing a girl in a bathing suit was in OUR neighborhood. The situation was NOT what is being reported…

A DJ setup in a public space next to the private pool in our neighborhood on Friday and played loud explicit (F-bomb) music for multiple hours (it is unclear if he was invited by a resident as no one has claimed responsibility). The teenagers (both black and white) were being brought into our neighborhood by the carload because the DJ was tweeting out invites to a “pool party” for $15 (obviously unauthorized by our neighborhood). The teens began fighting with each other and pushing their way into our private pool. Some were jumping our fence. The security guard was accosted when he tried to stop the beginnings of this mob scene. Some residents who live around the park/pool area tried to come out and settle things down. The teens started yelling racial slurs at our neighbors and started assaulting people and property (throwing bottles at cars and attacking a mother at the pool with 3 young children). The first officer on the scene was by himself. At that time, the party had grown to a large, aggressive crowd. As the officer arrived, many teens started running through our neighborhood. Many of the teens were being very aggressive and yelling at the officers as more arrived.

This was a very dangerous situation for the officers AND the teens/residents not involved. The news media has refused to hear the neighborhood’s side of this story. The video being distributed is only a very small segment of what happened. This information being distributed by the media and others is extremely distorted and in some cases outright lies.

PLEASE HELP US STOP THE BROADCASTING OF THIS IGNORANCE. The media is trying to make it look like our neighborhood is a white’s only, racist area. Anyone who has spent even a few minutes in our area knows this is an outright LIE.

The unfortunate result is that our neighbors are now being threatened. We have also had cars and property in and around the park area vandalized this weekend. Unfortunately, the press and social media are trying to enflame the situation.
I am asking for your help for my family and my neighbor’s safety…PLEASE, PLEASE do not rebroadcast any of these lies.

Oh no! You don't blame US govt over race. It been happen very long time ago.

Middle Eastern and African had huge issues each other in during BC. African invent slave system. So, it stick for pretty long time.
 
So the DJ should be arrested for 'inviting ' teens to a pool party at a private pool. I feel the teens were set up to get into trouble by the DJ.

It's more likely, his parents will receive the fine from HOA because they're responsibly because of their son have reckless action what going on there. No arrest necessary.

So the DJ is a teen too? I am glad no teens were hurt , school is just about out for the summer and kids will be extra excited and wanting to party. Parents will have to find ways to keep their kids out of trouble all summer .

Yes. DHB...2 sides to every story. We all know how unruly teenagers can be...having 3 boys, I know first-hand.....and since their parents were not around to quell this disturbance, they leave it to the Cops....True, that perhaps some of the Cops were too aggressive, then again, so were the teenagers...especially with verbal abuse and not dispersing when told to do so, taunting the police also...Look at the Cop who had to draw his gun....several teenagers were surrounding him...it's either draw his gun or get beat up....I also read where the girl on the ground said..."I was just leaving and the Cop threw me on the ground"....watching the video...no way!...She was back-talking, verbally abusing...so the Cop told her to get on the ground, she then commences to fight and scream "Call my Mamma!"....
Just another ploy to incite the other teenagers....

Teenagers, whether black or white have no respect for the Cops...and it's a tedious job for them. Some parents go thru the same thing with their own teenagers...I sure did....and my blood pressure suffered from it....but I would never accept any back talking from my boys.

Another incident in my own city....a community pool was closed for repairs. After the 2nd week...it was still closed...still the Black people jumped the fence and used the pool....about 20 of them, having a party....When some of the residents told them to leave...they taunted and shouted racial remarks...so the Cops were called.....They still just sat there, some even jumping back into the pool...so the Cops called for back up....Very ugly situation...
