Illegal immigrants are much larger than just one guy who shot cop to death.

I'm sad for cop's families and killing the cop is not cool at all, no matter if you don't like cops.

Of course he did. He was an illegal immigrant that shot a Houston, Texas cop.

If you commit serious crime like capital murder so you will executed - no matter if you are legal or illegal. Your name will be in number - used in prison.

I doubt - he committed robbery and it looks like he gave up the society after screw his life.
 
Ya know, inmates who are facing the needle or the electric chair do some odd things. Mainly they ask for forgiveness, but murder is murder. You kill a cop in Texas, you get put to death. No ands, ifs, or buts. They do NOT negotiate with cop killers down there.
 
Got exactly what he deserved. Should have happened a long time ago since the murder was 1994.
 
I may have been a different story if it was just a "civillian" that he shot, but because it was a "cop", it was stepped up a notch.

Yep. You get the death penalty for killing a police dog.
 
the article says he killed a cop. unless i misread it.
as for getting executed for killing a police pooch thats an outrage of justice in my opinion!!

Don't agree. They wear a badge and are just as much a partner to a cop as anyone else. If you weren't running from a cop, you have no excuse for shooting and killing their dog/partner. IMO of course

Agreed. Police dogs costs thousands of dollars for the reason they're highly skilled and their partner's life depends on the dog. They are often the first thing a criminal shoots at which is why many stations try to raise money to get their dogs bullet proof vests (which cost a fortune as well). They're brave, they protect the public and they wear a badge and their life shouldn't count for any less just because they're not human. Frankly, I don't consider the criminals to be human either given what they're capable of and how far they'll go to hurt the public. You don't want to obey our laws, then don't come here because you'll die by them.

running form a cop doesn't have anything to do with having an excuse to shoot at them.
further. yes people have all kinds of reasons to run form police. reasons are like assholes everyone has one. a dog will always just be a dog. a good dog or or a well trained criminal killer dog, or just a dog. in the end a dog it will remain.
regardless of the job we train animals to do. animals are still in the end animals. we have had war dogs since we first domesticated the k9. war dogs are dogs. police dogs are dogs. they are not
HUMAN.

Neither are killers, whether the victim is a child or an adult, or in this case, an animal. Animals can teach humanity a lot of what it means to be human. All life is precious according to the Buddhist teaching, animals and humans are equal. You wear a badge walking on two legs or four, it makes no difference.
 
I'm not the type to argue. I stated my opinion....police dogs wear a badge, they protect their partner. If someone has put themselves in a situation where they shoot and kill a police dog, they just as easily would kill the cop.
