I'm new at cell phones and was looking at the prices. They have a large listing of choices.
Can some one help me make a choice? I'll list the most important choice I need to do my relay in 30309 area (Atlanta)
1.) Sidekick3 with AIM running all the time (most of the time like during work). No voice. no voice calls.
2. sk with AIM running and internet access.
3.last, Sk with AIM, Internet and voice.

0.)Bonus if possible, SK with AIM running and VCO with conferencing ability. IS that possible?

No cell phone is able to offer VCO capabilities with AIM. However, you could get just about any phone that has AIM capabilities and get a voice plan with it. It doesn't have to be a Sidekick -- I personally use a Sprint Blackberry. Some others use a Treo. So, find a phone that you like that has AIM.

T-Mobile Sidekick
Sprint Blackberry 8703e

I'm sure there are more, just find phones you like at the store and ask for which of those phones have AIM. I personally would never use T-Mobile because of their coverage has never been good for me.

So as you stated above, I have a sidekick with AIM and another cell phone with voice to have VCO.

Let me make this clear before I buy a sidekick. To use a VCO at work, one calls me via voice and I answer voice on my decktop phone, Then I call the relay, on the AIM sidekick, to call me at the voice phone and I answer the relay via voice and then connect back to the first caller and continue in a conference chat. Is that the way it works?
If it does, is it fast?
Perhaps when one calls via voice and then I click an auto text, on the sidekick, for the relay to call me at my voice phone and then I connect for conferencing. Is there such a script or auto mode on the sidekick to call the relay and provide my voice phone number for multiple conferencing?
