Computer to TTY Without Relay?

I heard it on Telus on change on new policy something strict rule! I knew sometimes TTY misunderstand easy lol, really I know hard to communication ,,

it is too bad your robots file did not allow internet archive to save your website.... we need futura TTY to use with cm-4 Brody modem here at the comunications museum in Arizona.. email info@smecc.org see our history site at www.smecc.org

It's Nextalk.net, not com, both are totally different website.
