My understanding is the girls parents offered to pay the hospital expenses but the woman ignored them and filed the lawsuit trying for punitive damages as well. Are you serious? This is soo ridiculous...She should be happy that those girls thought of her and gave her a basket of Valentine cookies, and should be happy it wasn't 3:00 in the morning for heaven sake....She is making such a big deal out of it, I can understand that she was scare, but it was harmless, my goodness....

If she had went to court and face Judge Judy, I'm sure she will tell this lady to get a freaking life and grow up!
