bad news for me still not really in my area but i think i might go ahead and get one, they are suppose to upgrade in a few months
 
Whoaa.. don't jump the cliff.. not yet! You will have to pay for voice plan. I am not sure how much the montly will be. I think it is aroun $60 monthly. If you just wanted only Data plan which is $30 monthly, you will have to pay $299. Do some math work before you buy.

If $60 monthly plus only 35 dollars for sidekick. The total will be $755 for a year.

If $30 monthly (only data plan) plus $179 for sidekick. The total will be $539 for a year.

no sir, accually i tested it out but didnt order, if u select the data only (they should name that deaf-mans plan) its 99 with rebates, then 30/month

so least u save 200, but since its not in my area yet, im going to wait, but anyone planning to get one, nows the time

Ice is right. I test it when I was going to test by order this products. Simple put "DANGERFRIEND" in the coupon code. volia! you get 65 dollars off and the final price is $34.99. But actually, you have to pay 234.99, and you will receive the rebate of $200.

Not to go off topic but that's the reason I bought my phone straight off and I declined to have a plan instead having pre-paid. Surely there's pre-paid for sidekick or something to make it all cheaper? It looks expensive enough to have already, is it worth it?

I know what is rebates. In order to get rebates. You have to send in the mail to show proof that you have purchase sidekick and they send you $150 and another one is $50. Total of rebate, you get $200 back through mail within 6 to 8 weeks.

You still will pay $235 anyway! :roll:
And wait for long time until you finally able to get $200 from !@#$ mail.
 
i must be a patient fellow i dont mind waiting for 200 bucks :)
 
hmm.. I went and check again... now, they are doing for $99.99 :|

I tried and enter "DANGERFRIEND" from Coupon Code. It still work! $34.99!

I guess, nobody will ever knew about it unless I mention it. :P
