Its an Vlog discussing about issue with deaf community narrow-minded idea toward CI.

View Overstream: 'CI issue'

comment on what you think of this video?

Reminder: its not toward every single deaf people, just those people that are against CI no matter what

I think it was great! Very honest and straightforward. Hopefully, it will help make more people understand that the CI didnt change who you are. Great job! :)

Great video! Stop focusing on the ears and the mouth. See the whole person!

I'll chime in here (and agree with Shel and Jillio).

You explained yourself VERY clearly, and it was an awesome video to watch. Great job! :)

:ty:
Btw, mouth? Lol

As in so many people focusing on a deaf person's speech skills to the exclusion of other, more important traits. You didn't mention it in your video, but it is something I have said over and over again, so the mouth just got added out of habit. LOL

cool, thank boult for the video. yeah kind of same but mine was more specifically about CI itself she was talking about bilingual and CI are still deaf. but thanks!

Great job! You came across very thoughtful and hope that this vlog gets circulated. What a great medium! And I noticed the cat on the desk :)

Is that you S-chick? She said it brutally honest. I think it would be perceived how one would carry themself, but the idea of a CI being a threat is getting closer to unreasonable harrassment. I believe those who have hostile attitudes should stop being so narrow minded, and look at both sides of the issue. Not just "I hate the CI", but if they can't convince me why, its just another form of radical hostile bunk.

On a side note, I still use ASL, so how does that threaten the deaf culture? Again, if they can not reason to be decently convincing, I have reserved this special "bird" just for them.
