Christy on SURVIVOR

all i can say is I applaud christy for sticking it out all the way and now shes one of the members of the jury, I do know its very diffcult to work this out, I KNOW christy didnt want to be in the middle im sure this reminded her of how deaf community would decide on her life, be in the middle ot get out, AND she chose to decide FOR HER SELF not for bowing down to the others ....

banjo and vitti please knock off ur bickering it doesn't matter weather ur deaf or not, she's off the tribe and on the jury, accept that and move on please we'll see what happens on thursday and sunday !
 
Yes, it's very awesome to see a deaf woman going on the show "Survivor" but who cares if she win or got kicked out. She got a taste.. and it's a rarity that a deaf person will ever be on such a show.

She did a great job sticking out as far as she can on the show, yes she got kicked out, but that's the end of it, accept it and move on.
 
First of all, I appaulded Christy to choose not to bring interpreters for Survivor show even though CBS asked her for accommodations for her. The reason why she refused to bring interpreters is she wants to SHOW hearing people how she can communicate with simple signs (if hearing people know nothing about ASL).

I was royally pissed off at two evil ugly whores and idiotic assholes. Heidi is skeleton with fake silicone implants and Jenna is famous whiner. Rob is so deceiving. Matt is idiot. Christy did not bid on food except letter. I consider that Christy is the strongest one of all survivor members because of her survival skills, using common sense, and non scheming strategries. Now, I was angry that Matt, Rob, and Jenna, and Heidi decided to boot her out because they felt threatened by her powerful decision. I support her reasons with no doubt. My bet is on Butch!!

If I am in Christy's shoes in jury room, I will not vote for two evil whores and assholes for one million dollars award... I will write the name down on the parchment....(if Butch does not make to Final three)...

"NONE". Period.

SHE DID SIGNS IN THE SURVIVOR AFTER THE TRIBE SWITCH!! AND SHE DID SIGNS ON EARLY SHOW INTERVIEW! look for her on David Letterman monday night, there will be interpreter and she will signs anyway.. She doesn't have to signs for YOUR FREAKING SAKE! it is her choice not yours!

vvti, you sexy latino, you! I'm confused... we all are happy for christy's accomplishments except you. she has been nothing but honest. i saw in some news that she used signs and stuff. CBS just edit stuff out, unfortunately. Though it's no use being on a soapbox talking angrily about deaf culture alllll day, when you have to survive. That is the game and the objective. besides, if you did the soapbox thing you would sure be the first person voted out of Survivor... bar none. Christy had to do what she had to in order to Survive in a show called Survivor. Besides, she said she prefered ASL to lipreading.

Can the namecalling, if you can have it in your heart to be the better person. I might have seen Christy once at gally, and she had this nice smile and cool vibes. I love anyone who has that kind of vibe, signs or no!!
 
Bugger... the cat is out of the bag now... the show only started 2 weeks ago in New Zealand....
 
Any of you seen Christy on David Letterman show tonight at 1130 pm when Christy was on that show and used sign language to talk?
 
I saw it. She did try to speak and use ASL at same time, and saw her having hard time doing that. But she seems like such a friendly and funny person.
 
I missed both of them oh well but im going to keep watching surviors and see who christy votes to win for the money, and PRAYS that that skeltions get thier buts booted off!

how was the letterman show? why didnt they have her on jay leno?

what did they talk about that interested you the most? (remma i'm in norway, and i dont have the letterman show)

Oh that's right, Liza... I dont know why they didnt have her on Jay Leno.. I guess that haven't ask Christy to be on that show... It went pretty good on Letterman show... She signs the whole of her time when she was on the show... The most they were talks abt on Survivor and evil stepsisters, and snake Rob... She's seems proud that she made it thru longer.
 
Those that started the bickering ...... stop it. Totally unnecessary to fight abt a girl on a TV show - impt is she DID survive.

If I see one more piece of bickering again, i'd hafta lock it without notification. Pls heed my warning.

That's because both Survivor show and Letterman show are CBS show!
