did the sugar cookies and the brown sugar cookies today -- tmw or the day after tmw will be doing peanut butter cookies and chocolate chip cookies :D yummy! hehe

Yeah, It was an exhaust day yesterday making all those cookies! :eek: I am sure giving them away to my boys classmates on Monday and to neighborhood too.

That's our Christmas tradition. :whistle:

Will making xmas treaties few days before xmas to give the relative, and MY MAN is going help me!!! Cuz he beg me to do this year, i told him, u have to help since i can't stand so long with preggy. He said he would?!?!? LOL wait n' see from there.
 
Speaking of making Christmas cookies I recovered yesterday that my mixer doesn't even work anymore, It smell like something was burning in the motor, In another word the electricity mixer is trying to tell me "You killed me on Cookie day, remember the day that you use me way too much" :Ohno: I don't think another new mixer would want me again. :whistle:
 
:giggle: sis, You're not the only one, my mixer is acting up too, I guess it's time to buy a bigger one hmm sis?...

Rum ball is a popular christmas cookie, today a friend gave me some for christmas gift!!

Okay 1st invite your friends over while you make them

Ingredients
1 Packet of Biscuits - Teddy Bear or Marie (not stale)
1 Can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup coconut
Three tablespoons cocoa
Rum
Chocolate sprinkles
1 packet multicoloured glace cherries
Any other alcohol you like


Method
Get your friends to crush biscuits using a food processor so biscuits are fine
Open alcohol and have a drink (its ok to share with your friends)
Get your friends to chop cherries in half
Have another drink
Add coconut to mixture and process
Have another drink
Add cocoa to mixture and process
Have another drink
Get your friends to open the condensed milk
Add the milk to mixture
Have another drink
Add the rum in (choose how much not the whole bottle)
Process the mix.
Turn off processor and make sure everything has mixed well
Put sprinkles in a bowl
Get another bowl and fill with water
Make sure your hands are damp not wet.
Take small amount of mixture and place in palm of your hand
Put cherry and roll into a small ball
Roll in to chocolate sprinkles and put in another bowl
Continue process till everything is finished.
Refrigerate till rum balls are set
If you get bored start a food fight with your friends

Before you purchase new mixers, you may need to check in the mixer to see if the belts may need to replace. Hopefully, any vaccum speciality shop may have similar belts. I may be wrong but good luck...

Sorry Blondies, I as a breadwinner am broke and there is a very few of christmas presents for our kids under a X-mas tree. No presents for me and my wife. :cry:
 
Aww :(

I know it must be hard not being able to buy as many, but the important thing is you have your children and your wife to spend Christmas together....
 
GUESS WHAT!! My bf did HELP me alll dayy to do all xmas treaties. He doing real good job. :giggle: He always say what i do next, blah blah. Here the pictures. that i'm setting up trays to give away to family. We been done, pumpkin bars, zuchnin bread, chocalate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies with kisses, sugar cookies, and almond pretzels. They re all HOMEMADE! We have alots left over. What a long day. My back really kill me so much. But glad to get it done. I thought we won't able done prolly in 3 days. but we did it all ONE DAY. Really appreicate that my bf been helped. Here the PIX.. you will see..
