Chili 9 changes volume on it's own

Hi,
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.
one of my Chili 9 hearing aids has started changing volume without touching the streamer or the volume control on the hearing aid. It's so annoying, the thing starts making the clicking sounds that you hear when you adjust the volume control on the aid, and every time it hits the default setting it double beeps.
anyone else have this happen?

Sounds like something internal is broken if the actual volume wheel isn't moving! Get your Audi to check it out!
 
Yeah my Chili was beeping off and on and driving me nuts. I took it to be fixed and was told there moisture in the tube. Check you tubes and see if there is are moisture in them

I put them in the Dry & Store every night, but will definitely check for moisture when it starts happening again!
