Chicago potholes costing city plenty

Nope, it is ice frozen underneath the pavement. I read the other time explaining the root cause of pot holes, it is NOT plower that most thought so too. I thought same thing back then, but now I know it is stupid ice.

Potholes also has become problematical here too. Some of it has been patched but it is taking forever to get most of it fixed ugh!

Wow.. lots of typos too. looks like the tribune could use a copy editor. It seems to me like a council meeting wrap-up story written by someone who doesn't know how to properly transition between items. they're probably 23 making 27k. sadly with how newspaper budgets are.

All of that was included because it is the report of a council meeting and all those things were discussed at the meeting.

The OP posted the entire newspaper article but was just calling our attention to the pot hole part
 
how strange another pot hole just open up in my town been on news apparently we going to have more and cost billians
