Chia seeds

At my co-op the spices and teas etc have their own bulk area. That's where they kept the chia seeds. All those things are in big jars, with lids screwed shut, and they're up on shelves. I don't think kids are getting in there.

I use Chia and/or Flax in my protien shake along with Muscle Milk, banana and greek yogurt. I also add a spoonful of organic coconut oil and raw organic honey. Yummy shake and it help keep things moving.

This is why I ordered my Chia seeds for yogurt and oatmeal toppings. They work great in smoothies also
