My ex boyfriend and his mom ate at one in Columbus Ohio in 2000- they said its really good.

I do not need to go cheesecake factory because I bake different homemade cheesecakes alot. It´s my children´s favorite.

LOL Wendy! You read my mind! I took my husband out to Cheesecake Factory for his birthday last year and it was the first time for both of us - It was DELICIOUS! We're gonna go there again in Cambridge Mall Galleria in Cambridge, Massachusetts which is not far from us! :thumb:

As I heard there will be another one at Burlington Mall! By the way -Do I know you?

Ate there last night...good food. I am not fond of cheesecake but they have regular cake.

I went once with my former ASL student maybe 6 or 7 yrs ago in Long Island. It was so delicious. I havent gone back there since. One day I will return.

My mother and I attempted to go to the new Cheesecake Factory that recently opened here in Boise, the week before Christmas. They told us it would be a 5-10 minute wait. 20 minutes later I went to see what the hold up was. They told me it would be another 15 minutes. Another 20 minutes later, I asked to speak with a manager. He apologized for the wait and assured me it would only be another 10 minutes, tops. 15 mintues after that my mother, who is diabetic, asked to speak with yet another manager and told him to take our name off the list, that we were leaving. A few days later, I contacted the manager and explained the situation. I told him I would rather they were honest with us regarding the wait time, in the beginning. If they had told us it would be an hour wait, we would have just gone somewhere else, and not bothered with the hassle and a potential glycemic problem for my mother. The manager was extremely apologectic and sent me a gift card, promising they would do better next time.
Today, my husband I decided to give it another shot. When we arrived, we were told it would be a 25-40 minute wait. It was 45 minutes, but not as bad as before. They sat us in a very tiny/tight seating area for 2. The waitress was nice, but never refilled our drinks. When our food arrived a half-hour later, it was cold, but delicious and extremely abundant portions. After lunch, we split a chocolate tower truffle cake and had at least half left over. It was amazingly good food, but not sure it was worth the wait. I hope that it will slow down once it has been here for a while. I think part of the problem is that it is located at the mall here.

Encountered the exact same problem with the hostess, waitresses, and the food at the Cheescake Factory in Rockville. I wonder if that is a common problem for the ones inside the malls? The one in Balitmore is in a small shopping plaza so not really a mall and the wait is so much shorter!

I have heard of this but never ate there. We do not have a Cheesecake Factory resturant in my hometown area. That is sad. I just read the papers Sunday that there was a rumor they are coming but the company said they are not coming to Syracuse. If they wont, then I wont eat there when they come. I love cheesecakes.. but its the company's loss!! Hee hee!

My husband and I love Cheesecake factory. Whenever we go to Las Vegas, we would stop there for a dessert. We haven't try the entree and all. We should try it next time. We love cheesecake!!! My favorite cheesecake is Dulce Leche (sp?) Of course my husband is all for chocolate! He would order anything with chocolate. Yummy! Now this is making me hungry! I could have get a slice of cheesecake from Starbuck's. They do sell them sometimes. (maybe not the same flavors?)

Rochester is FINALLY building one! I forgot where at. So I still ain't going cuz I heard the price is high!!! Maybe just for ONCE. :giggle: I don't like cheesecake :barf: I am sure I can find something else in there. :thumb:

I almost went there once in Los Angeles but my budget wasn't meet during that time. So we went to somewhere else.

You are correct since when I was in Florida, someone told me about that restaurant chain and she told me she wanted to take me there but its too expensive. We did not go there. This was in WPB, FL wayyy back in 02.

Then like I said before eariler, I dont give a crap about that restaurant since they are not in Syracuse. I hate to see this city is behind in everything!
