That is because the bastards, the politcally correct establishment has a bleeding heart and they rush to protect these sick types of people but then they have no real concern for the victims. They only act like they have some geninue concern with their hand on their shoulder towards the victim with the another hand on their heart then they wipe the victim's tears with their hand but what the victim does not know is that it is all bullshit and for show only by the politically correct establishment. If they truly cared then they would have gone ahead and lynched or shot the sick :madfawk: to death. " Touching " a kid or raping a woman is just something you do not do at all !!!!! Normal people do not do those things. A kid's or a woman's life has been ruined all because of that very bad experience. If you look at the justice system as it is from the inside and the outside then look at it from the victim's perspective then you see it from the perpetrator's persceptive then you will know those current laws on the books aumont to nothing more than bullshit and so-called " feel good human policies " by the insane politcally correct establishment with no real considerations for the victioms and their families, While I can understand where someone may make false accusations, need to take the time to make sure everything checks out before going ahead to have these sick types of people lynched or be put before a firing squad. There are some things best kept old fashioned for a very good reason and this is one of them, in my opinion.
Well, in terms of the 'politically correct', by which I think you probably mean 'liberals' etc, it was actually feminists who changed the 'best kept old fashioned' tradition of treating rape victims as if they were the real criminals. Historically, on this continent and in Europe, raped women were cast out for having been 'soiled' and were usually blamed for the crime [we still blame women for rape and use their sexual histories to discredit them all the time]. Included in the 'politically correct' changes to 'best kept old fashioned' laws and policies, courts also began recognizing that fathers did not retain the right to rape their children etc.
When it comes to sexual offenses, history shows that the only way to really be convicted of rape was to be black. Rape was a capital crime for years, but that was because in the south, black men were often wrongly accused of rape [see the book 'To kill a mockingbird'] Meanwhile, if a white, powerful man raped any woman, especially a black woman, she was dragged through the mud in the courthouse and treated like a harlot.
Rape [or molestation for teen girls] remains the easiest crime to get away with because our culture still blames women for what they are wearing, for having had a drink with someone, for having a promiscuous history, for having not having fought back loudly enough etc...
Also, has anyone seen the film 'Hard Candy'? Its a VERY interesting thriller about child molestation.
