If you all are having problems with the captions on YouTube, I may have an answer to that problem.
You see, very recently, I had encountered a problem with a VP software, and I called that VRS provider's Tech Support department, and what they did was install a bunch of software onto my laptop, and that has made the difference in understanding what's being said on a Windows XP laptop.
Why? Because I didn't realize I needed to update my Windows software, which is what they did, along with installing some that I was missing, and you can do that by going to the IE page, and checking for Windows Update, and it'll tell you what needs updating, and you would be advised to install it, as it will make a LOT of difference. Just my view, but what I saw made a world of difference.
