CapTel for cell phones or SK?

Hi,
Perhaps this is a "dumb question" but I am wondering if the CapTel technology is available on cell phones? I have T-mobile and will getting a SK next month when my old phone's contract expires. Thanks in advance.

Not to my knowledge. I've heard rumors of some tech coming out soon, but nothing for sure.
