Hello, hope someone can help. I am not deaf but someone I would like to have a relationship with someone who is. The problem is I have a muscle weakening disorder and unsure of how i can sign her. Any suggestions? She has a great personality and I would really want to be part of her life. Thanks.

overall, arms are effected, not sure how intricate some ASL can get. I understand reading lips depends on the person talking?
 
Speechreading ( lip reading) has nothing to do with ASL.One has to understand what the specfic sign means which is entirely different than the "mouth movement of speaking"
