to AllDeaf forum. Boy:roll:, do you have to have sound coming in your ears eight hours a day. I am Deaf also and do not need earphones or headphones to hear the sounds. I would rather turn off than on, unless my family members like nieces and nephews who like to come over and use my computer so they will turn up the sound to hear. Here's a website that you can ask someone there for help. Explain your issue, and they can be very helpful. It's free. You don't need to sign up with them like Vocational Rehab or anything. Good luck!
