Do you think Purple SmartVP will be winner over Ntouch VP?
it does not matter. lol
I heard Purple SmartVP as itself need two power plugs plus tv = three power plugs. Awful.
I finally got to see one at DeafNation saturday. I specifically asked in it can do the call full screen. The guy working there showed me that it can. That's a big positive to me. My Ntouch VP does not do full screen, which is annoying because I use it on a smaller TV (do not want it on main TV in family room).

Do I really care if one VP service beats another VP service? No.
All I care about is that it allows me to make calls to another person using VP and also use a relay interpreter for my calls to another person. I don't need the fancy mumbo-jumbo that all these VP companies are competing with.
That's the kind of service I already get with IP-Relay and Sorenson.I am not big of high tech for VRS but I do care for VRS alert my text when someone called us. If we were not home. Then I still get a sign mail on my MMS (Not email) I like text and MMS over email due quick and can't afford missed call like job interview, doc, vet, etc. Email alert got delay by around 5min on iPhone due save battery life but text is 1 sec or less.
VP200 or nVP or nPC etc always can do full screen ..
Like what diehardbiker said go to full screen by pressing MODE, even in your SignMail
Or if you are watching Deaf Network channel or SignNetwork channel on your nVP you can go full screen by pressing MODE.
If you want your VP calls to always been in full screen when you make a call, go to the Settings -> Personal -> General then select Full Screen.
One more tip, in full screen mode, if your self-video box is in your way - you can move it around on the screen pressing MOVE or turn it off by pressing SELF.
On nTouch Tablet or Mobile, you can use your finger and move the self-video box anywhere on your screen.
.
Thanks for this, but it's still not full screen. It will work fine with a bigger TV, if I can ever afford one. (maybe on Black Friday). It was already set to Full Screen in the settings. The SmartVP and my Z5 on my Mac really do full screen.
