Can you stand an egg on one end?

Sure enough, Uncle Cecil is right once again. This egg balanced on my dining room table for about 5 minutes before it fell over. It’s not a trick egg or a Photochopped picture. I did, however, shake the egg first.

This one was a real categorical stumper. I couldn’t figure out whether to put it in General Discussions, Jokes & Funny Stories, or Food & Beverage. I finally decided on General Discussions, owing to the fact that hard core scientific endeavor should never be taken lightly, and I didn’t eat the egg after the experiment. It will also lend itself nicely to a colorful discourse on how I’m too old to be playing with my food, and should be spending my time on more productive activities.

This egg balanced is boring; Can I throw it at you Levonian? It would be fun getting you all Yolky... :naughty:
 
I've done this before. This is one of the oldest aged trick in history. It was rumored that this could only happen at specific times of years. However, little did people know that it could be done anytime. What tricksters did was shake the egg up during that time of year and showed people that it worked. People believe in it. Today, some people still fall for that trick. Heh!

That would be too funny—a blonde and a chimp having an egg fight. I’ll make you a deal: we videotape it, sell it to Funniest Home Videos, and split 50/50. Sound good? :deal:
